We make preparing your Will and Powers of Attorney as simple and stress free as possible so that you can get on with living! When we talk to our clients about drafting their Will, or their Powers of Attorney the most common responses we hear are:

Our simple questionnaire asks all the right questions and helps you to start the conversations you need with your family. Once we’ve received your questionnaire, we take you through the entire process. We’ll meet with you (by phone or in person) to make sure we understand what you want, and make sure that your Will and Powers of Attorney give that to you. Single Will


Your Will leaves instructions for who is to be the executor of your estate, and how you would like your estate to be distributed. Having a legal Will is the best way to ensure that your family is provided for, and that your wishes are carried out after your passing.

Couple Will


A Couples Will is used for partners where each person’s individual Will mirrors the wishes of the other, and most often where each partner wishes to gift their estate firstly to each other and following that to any children. If you and your partner are in total agreement about your wishes, a Couples Will may be the most efficient estate planning tool for you.
